Rising Above It Balloon Festival Family Fun Day

Family Fun Day, part of the Rising Above It Balloon Festival, takes place on Saturday, Sept. 4, from noon to 6:30 p.m. and features Kids’ Zone activities (moon bounce, face painting, balloon art and more), musical entertainment, craft and food vendors, tethered balloon rides and more. The day, which benefits SARC, will conclude with a balloon race. Family Fun Day passes cost $5 per person and may be ordered in advance at www.sarc-maryland.org.
