TOOLS FOR KEEPING OUR CHILDREN SAFE

Parents, educators, and other concerned adults are invited to a community event, “Tools for Keeping Our Children Safe: What you need to know and ask of those in our children’s schools, camps and rec center environments.” Presenters are Joan Grayson Cohen, Esq., LCSW-C, Senior Manager, JCS Access Services and author of “Playing It Safe with Your Child: Eli and Ellie Learn about Safety,” and Adam C. Rosenberg, Esq., Executive Director, Baltimore Child Abuse Center. The discussion will focus on how to talk to our children about personal safety and how to help them make smart choices, how to empower our children to be less vulnerable, and what laws protect our children.
